New York 03/2025

I had the best mid semester escape trip to New York to visit one of my childhood friends Bella!

Over the span of a long weekend, we explored NYC, Brooklyn, Jones Beach and numerous cities in between!

I loved getting to see the life Bella has made for herself and experience being a dance major through her!

I'm so grateful for all of the beautiful places I was able to visit, and fun memories made exploring a state so foreign to me yet so familiar through a TV screen.

Takeaways from this trip:

• I really enjoyed public transport
• NYC was very clean and not as many pigeons as I expected
• Have no expectations for tourist spots and you will be pleased
• Chinatown is definitely worth a visit!
