The Beauty of Sorrento

I have been doing lots of exploring around Sorrento and with each day, I have slowly become more familiar with the narrow streets that create veins thorough the city. The greenery is unmatched, and the air feels fresh on your skin.

Italy Fun Fact:
#3 Italy is the most biodiverse country in Europe!

#4 When eating, you should not bite into bread (except for sandwiches), instead, you should break off pieces to eat. In some regions it can be seen as rude to bite.

So far, I have been attending class and trying lots of delicious gluten free food including:
- Tomato mozzarella soup
- Lasagna
- Paninis with cured meat and fresh cheeses
- Magarita pizza
- Gelato
and many snacks!
